The contour cutter from HEMA has revolutionized the manufacture of moulded parts and technical articles. A high-speed circulating cutting wire enables precise and powerful cutting of materials such as PU foam, rock wool and packaging materials. HEMA adapts the design of its contour cutters precisely to the requirements of its customers and even offers a third CNC axis for the production of fillet and burr panels in vaulted roof production.

The professional machine control works on a Windows basis and is conveniently equipped and intuitive to learn. Production data can be converted directly on the machine. FoamCAD-XP software is available for offline programming, allowing even complicated workpieces to be programmed at unprecedented speed. The transfer of DXF data is a matter of course. HEMA adapts the design of its contour cutters precisely to the requirements of its customers.
