"Flying saws"
For continuous processes such as the polyurethane foaming process, the production of mineral wool or the manufacture of sandwich panels, “flying saws” are indispensible.
The speed of the sawing unit is increased to that of the production line and cutting commences as soon as a synchronised speed has been reached. Subsequently the machine rapidly returns to the starting position for the next cut. The production line often reaches speeds of over 25m/min.
