Lightweight and honeycomb structures made of fiber-reinforced papers (e.g. Nomex, Kevlar), glass fiber fabric or aluminum are indispensable in aircraft construction. Their low weight makes them perfect for use as a core material in high-strength sandwich components, while keeping weight to a minimum. Every material, every component and every application in the aircraft has special requirements in terms of quality and processing. In addition to the sawing machine itself, there must be a strong focus on the sawing process and the sawing tool used. Often require individual sang parameters.
