Facade construction has a very special influence on the overall appearance of buildings. In addition to purely functional aspects such as thermal insulation, protection from the weather or structural strength, great importance is often attached to the aesthetics of the building envelope. HEMA offers innovative and flexible band saw solutions for the versatile manufacture of sandwich panels.

Our band saw blades allow cutting in longitudinal direction, cutting in transverse direction, but also angle cuts and notches can be created to realize sophisticated facade constructions. Other sandwich elements can also be processed with our manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic hinge solutions, e.g. for sectional doors or for the construction of cold storages.
