Special bandsaw for automatic cutting of small and medium sized plastic tubes
With this new automatic tube cutting machine it is possible now to cut tubes of 6 metres length in full automatic mode. Different cutting lengths and quantities can be stored in a sequence program easily and quickly, which is also able to process a bunch of tubes with one program.
After loading, the tube is clamped to a pushing unit and pushed forward in direction of the band saw to do the next cut. When the tube has reached its final position, the sawing unit moves crosswise and cuts the part.
Working with this machine is extremely efficienent, since the operator can focus on loading and unloading or setting up the machine. When automatic mode has started, the operator can focus on other tasks.
